Spit AI offers optional premium subscriptions.

Subscription payments are processed by the platform provider through your App Store account.

We do not receive or store your credit card information.

Subscription status may be associated with your account to provide access to premium features.

5. How We Share Information and Third-Party AI Processing

We do not sell your personal information.

To provide our core voice-to-task capabilities, we securely share text transcripts generated from your voice inputs with a third-party artificial intelligence service:

• Data Transmitted: Only the text transcripts of your recorded audio. We do **not** transmit or share raw audio files.
• Purpose: Transcripts are sent solely to structure, format, and extract tasks, notes, deadlines, and priorities from your voice inputs.
• Data Protection & Safeguards: The third-party AI processor provides the same or equal protection for your data. The partner's API terms explicitly prohibit using customer data to train their models, and the transcripts are not stored permanently by them.

We may also share information when necessary to support account management, protect users and the platform, or comply with legal obligations.

6. What We Do Not Do

Spit AI does not:

• Sell your personal information
• Build advertising profiles about you
• Listen when you are not recording
• Access your microphone without permission
• Share your voice data for advertising purposes

Your voice is processed only when you intentionally start a recording.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and operate your account.

When tasks are deleted, they may remain temporarily marked as deleted before permanent removal for operational and synchronization purposes.

We may retain limited information where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Request account deletion
• Stop using the application at any time

10. Children's Privacy

Spit AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
